My Story
'I love helping people move forward, especially when the path isn’t clear. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across strategy, skills, business improvement, funding, and innovation projects, helping clients progress their goals. I've delivered individual, team, and organisational solutions, supporting leaders to unlock growth and make confident decisions.
The biggest shift in my own perspective came when I stepped away from my 9-5 job and founded Skinakin. It's a health-tech business, inspired by my experience as a parent of two children who suffer from atopic eczema. Building this from the ground up, and wearing all the hats, has taught me what it really takes to start and grow a business.
I've also learned that you can't build something great alone. That’s why I support founders, teams, and organisations at key turning points, bringing structure, insights, and clarity for the way ahead.'
