Strategic Leadership Development
Led the design and delivery of strategic leadership programmes for 200+ Invest NI clients across high-growth sectors. Integrated executive education, coaching, and mentoring to support CEOs and top teams of high-growth companies to achieve signficant growth.
Programmes delivered a £1:£8 return on investment, as well as significant business impacts, validated by independent evaluation.
Grant Writing and Funding
Supported a portolio of 40+ INI clients in Life & Health Sciences on business development projects, positioning their organisation for multi-stream funding. Negotiated funding bids, managed projects, and identified opportunities for further support.
As founder, secured over £200K in grant funding from a range of sources to bring a health-tech product to market. Developed market, regulatory, and technology roadmaps to inform grant applications, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.
Workforce Capability Planning
Delivered 200+ structured Skills Development Projects with SMEs, PLCs, and foreign direct investment firms, across ICT, life sciences, professional services, and advanced manufacturing sectors . Developed strategic workforce plans and secured government investments from multiple sources ranging from £4k to £2M.
Business Health Checks
Conducted EFQM-based diagnostics for early-stage and scaling companies. Developed clear, comprehensive, and prioritised action plans across leadership, capability, operations, and funding, used to inform follow on support for future funding and interventions.
Sector Strategy & Policy
Contributed to INI and Multi-Stakeholder projects on the Life Sciences Strategy for Northern Ireland, Brexit impacts on NI Skills Landscape, Covid Response Plans, and Leadership Development Strategy for the NI Economy. Represented Invest NI on international trade missions, and prepared high-level briefings for CEOs, ministers, and government departments.
